Azteca Diamond Tools operates a mobile procurement service for the construction industry, using mobile trucks to deliver high-quality tools directly to job sites so builders in urban areas have convenient access to equipment where they work.
The Challenge
Azteca was processing sales through Clover Flex handheld POS terminals but struggled to keep inventory and accounting in sync across its on-site and mobile sales channels.
What We Built
DFW IT Partner implemented Odoo ERP to bring sales, invoicing, purchase orders, inventory, and accounting together on one platform, then integrated Odoo with Azteca's existing Clover payment system through a custom connector so point-of-sale transactions flow directly into the ERP.
