Getting started with Odoo generally involves two costs: a recurring user subscription and a one-time implementation fee.

User Subscription and Odoo Cloud — a recurring charge from Odoo of about $46.70 per user, plus a regular hosting fee that depends on the number of users and the disk space required.

Implementation Cost — a one-time fee charged by your implementation partner to set up and configure Odoo for your business. Total cost depends on the number of companies you're setting up, the number of users, and the support hours allocated for user acceptance and post-deployment. Pricing is two-tiered — a consulting fee and a development fee, both billed hourly based on the effort needed for implementation, customization, and any legacy data imports. Once we understand the scope, we send over a statement of work and project timeline.
